高效液相色谱法测定乳块消片中丹酚酸B含量

【摘要】 目的 建立测定乳块消片中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法 采用HPLC法，选用色谱柱为ZORBX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm， 5μm)；流动相为甲酸-水(1∶59)与甲醇-乙腈(3∶1)的比例为63∶37；流速为1.0 ml/min；检测波长286 nm。结果 丹酚酸B在0.2～2.4 μg线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.09%。结论 本方法简便易行，结果准确，重复性好，可用于乳块消片的质量控制。

【Abstract】
Objective To establish a method to determine salvianolic acid B in rukuaixiao pill by HPLC. Methods Using HPLC, the analysis was carried on a column of ZORBX SB-C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm，5μm) with a mobile phase of fomic acid-water(1∶59):methanol-acetonitrile(3∶1)=63∶37 at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was 286 nm.
