【摘要】目的评价全自动血液分析仪在实验室自动化系统启用后，在工作中获得的实效。方法通过建立临床实验室信息系统(laboratory information system, LIS) 、标本运输系统、分析系统和分析后处理输出系统，实现血液细胞模块的全自动化。结果操作流程明显简化，标本的检测周期缩短，工作效率大幅度提高，人力成本降低。结论全自动血液分析仪在实验室自动化系统中应用能建立良好管理体系，提供优质检验结果。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo evaluate the actual effect of automated blood cell analyzer in laboratory automation system. MethodsThrough constructing laboratory information system, sample transportation system, analytical system , manage and outlet system , laboratory automation of blood cell module was realized. ResultsOperation was simplified obviously. Examination cycle was shorten. Efficence was improved largely. Manpower cost was decreased. ConclusionThe application of automated blood cell analyzer in laboratory automation system can construct good manage system and provide good-quality examination results.
