【摘要】目的探讨提高护士科研能力的有效途径和方法,提高护理科研水平。方法对全院护理人员采取方便抽样的方法问卷调查，将调查结果分别进行统计学处理。结果提高护士科研能力最有效的途径依次为举办科研培训班、专家指导帮助、医护合作项目、争取领导支持 、提高护士学历和参加学术交流。结论开展护理科研必须通过有效的途径和方法才能加快护士科研能力的提高。

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo probe into the effective improvement methods for nurses'scientific research abilities and raise the nursing research level for nurses. MethodsCarry out a sample questionnaire survey among nurses in the hospital. Carry out a statistic calculation for the survey result. ResultsEffective methods to improve nurses' scientific research abilities are in following sequence: holding scientific research training course, guidance and help from specialists, cooperation with doctors, obtaining support of leaders, promoting nurses'professional education level and attending academic exchange.
