【摘要】目的观察通络颗粒的活血化淤作用。方法高分子右旋糖酐静脉滴注造成家兔血淤模型，观察通络颗粒对血淤模型家兔血黏度、血小板聚集、血栓形成的影响。结果通络颗粒明显降低血淤家兔血黏度、抑制血小板聚集和体外血栓形成。结论通络颗粒具有明显活血化淤作用。
