【摘要】目的优选红药片的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1的含量之和以及总固体得率为指标，采用正交试验法，优选提取工艺。结果处方药材的最佳提取工艺为70%乙醇6倍量，提取3次， 1 h/次。结论优选的提取工艺各活性部位提取率高。

    Study on the extraction process of hongyao tablet by orthogonal designWU Xing-mei (First Hospital Of Foshan, Foshan, Guangdong, 528000,China )

    【Abstract】ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction process of hongyao tablet. MethodsOrthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction process by the indexes of the contents of ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1, notoginsenoside R1 and total solid matters. ResultsSix volumn of 70% alcohol, extracting 3 times with an hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction process of hongyao tablet. ConclusionThe considerable extraction rate active components in the drugs are achieved by applying the selected technics.
