【摘要】 目的 探讨抑癌基因PTEN在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用PCR法观察40例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中PTEN的表达情况。结果 40例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中9例(22.5%)PTEN表达阳性。随着肿瘤分期的进展PTEN的改变有增高的趋势但与肿瘤的分级无显著相关性。结论 PTEN异常表达在膀胱移行细胞癌的进展中有重要作用，PTEN基因可作为评价膀胱移行细胞癌进展及预后的指标。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of PTEN in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)and its clinical significance.Methods Tumor samples from 40 patients with BTCC were analyzed its relationship with PTEN by PCR.Results The positive rate of PTEN was 22.5% in bladder transitional cell carcinoma.The result was not associated with grade of the tumor.The positive rate of PTEN was associated with stage of the tumor.Conclusion The abnormal expression of PTEN may play an important role in the development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.The measurement of PTEN may have a guiding significance in BTCC. ......
