【摘要】 目的 总结纤支镜在大咯血治疗及诊断中的应用价值。方法 回顾分析1986年10月至2006年10月经纤支镜抢救32例大咯血病例的方法和结果。结果 21例经1次纤支镜治疗后止血，19例可见不同程度的血块阻塞，8例极其危重者确定了出血部位，立即行手术治疗。3例经2次治疗后止血。9例确诊为肺癌。结论 经纤支镜抢救大咯血，快速、有效、方便，相对较为安全。

    Fibrobranchoscope in treating 32 patients with massive hemoptysis

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the applied value of fibrobranchoscope in diagnosis and treatment of patient withs massive hemoptysis.Methods The clinical datawas retrospectively analyzed in 32 patients with massive hemoptysis tr-eated by fibrobranchoscope from October 1986 to October 2006.Results 21 patients bleeding stopped after treatment with fibrobranchoscope,the various degree of blood block had been found in 19 patients.The hemorrhagic sites were definited in 8 cases of very severe patients with massive hemoptysis,who were operated immediately.3 patients bleeding stopped after two treatments with fibrobranchoscope.Lung cancer was found in 9 patients.Conclusion It is a effective and quick mean to save patients with massive hemoptysis by fibrobranchoscope,and the mean is convenient and more safer. ......
