【摘要】 比较在脑瘫矫形术后不同静脉镇痛配方的镇痛效果与不良反应，发现芬太尼联合曲马多用于脑瘫矫形术患儿术后静脉镇痛是一种较简便、安全、可行的小儿术后静脉镇痛配方。
