【摘要】 目的 对桂枝配方颗粒进行含量测定。方法 采用高效液相法对桂枝配方颗粒中桂皮醛进行含量测定。结果 该方法的线性范围为0.054 86~0.274 3 μg(r=0.999 4)，平均回收率为98.47%，RSD为2.64%(n=5)。结论 该含量测定方法可行，重复性好，能有效的控制桂枝配方颗粒的内在质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To determination the content of guizhi compatible granule.Methods Determination of cinnamal in guizhi compatible granule by HPLC.Results The linear relationship was at the rang of 0.054 86-0.274 3 μg(r=0.999 4),therecovery rate was 98.4%,relative standard Peviation was 2.64(n=5).Conclusion The method is reliable and reproducible;It is effctive for internal quality control for Guizhi Compatible Granule.
