HPLC法测定克拉霉素缓释片的含量

【摘要】 目的 建立以高效液相色谱法测定克拉霉素缓释片中主药含量的方法。方法 色谱柱:KromasilC18，流动相为甲醇-0.067 mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(68∶32)，检测波长为210 nm，流速为1 ml/min，柱温为30℃，进样量是15 μl。结果 克拉霉素检测的线性范围为100.8~604.8 μg/ml(r=0.999 2)，平均回收率为99.77%，相对标准差：RSD=0.4%，精密度是0.5%。结论 本方法简便、准确、专属性强，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Determination of the content of Clarithromycin Sustained-release Tablets by HPLC

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a method for the determination of clarithromycin in clarithromycin sustained-release tablets.Methods HPLC was performed on a C18column using methanol-0.067 mol/L KH2PO4(68:32)as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min,the detection wavelength was at 210 nm,the column temperature was 30℃ and the sample size was 15 μl.Results The linear range of clarithromycin was 100.8~604.8 μg/ml(r=0.999 2),the average recovery was 99.77%,relative standard Peviation was 0.4% and the precision was 0.5%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,special and can be used for the quality control of clarithromycin sustained-release tablets. ......
