【摘要】 目的 探讨后路手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后脊柱的稳定性，降低并发症的发生率,减少远期并发症的发生。方法 后路手术32例,其中全椎板切除18例,非全椎板切除14例,对两术式后脊柱的稳定性进行比较,所获数据经χ²检验。结果 18例全椎板切除有3例出现并发症,其发生率为16.7%,非全椎板切除的14例中只有1 例出现并发症,两组比较P2.Results The complications occurred in 3 out of 18 pa-tients treated with removal of total vertebral lamina,and the innncidence rate was 16.7%,the complications occurred in one of 14 patients treated with removal of incomplete vertevral lamina.There was a significant difference(P4，5椎间盘膨突4例，L4 ......
