【摘要】 目的 对近年来文献报道的国内医院麻醉药品使用情况进行综合分析，为麻醉药品的临床合理应用提供参考依据。方法 对检索10篇文献报道的46 408张处方进行统计，分析其处方使用率及DDDs排序。结果 麻醉药品中哌替啶注射液的DDDs最大，其次是吗啡和芬太尼。结论 麻醉药品使用基本合理，但依然存在不合理用药现象，有待完善。
