【摘要】 目的 探讨新辅助化疗后肺癌组织标本CerbB-2的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学法分别检测CerbB-2在65例新辅助化疗组及39例未化疗组的宣威女性肺癌组织中的表达状况,并分析CerbB-2的表达与新辅助化疗的关系。结果 肺癌新辅助化疗组CerbB-2表达率低于未化疗组(P<0.05);新辅助化疗组中有效组与无效组表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CerbB-2可作为肺癌治疗的一个靶点。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CerbB-2 in lung cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods The expression of CerbB-2 was detected by immunohistochemisty in the specimens from 65 female patients lung cancer with who lived in XUANWEI with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC group)and 39 female patients lung cancer with who lived in XUANWEI without neoadjuvant chemotherapy(non-NAC group). The relationship between the level of expression of CerbB-2 and neoadjuvant chemotherapy was also studied. Results The level of expression of CerbB-2 in NAC group was less than that in non-NAC group(P<0.05). The level of expression of CerbB-2 in effective group was less than that in non-effective group .Conclusion CerbB-2 may be a new target for lung cancer therapy. ......
