【摘要】 目的 探讨终止13~16周妊娠较为安全有效的引产方式。方法 76例患者米非司酮配伍米索前列醇或卡孕栓引产(A组)与70例患者利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产(B组)进行疗效比较。结果 两组引产成功率有显著差异，清宫率无显著差异，引产后观察2 h出血量，A组少于B组。结论 米非司酮配伍米索前列醇或卡孕栓用于终止13~16周妊娠，安全有效、成功率高，可作为首选方案。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safe and effective way of terminating 13-16 weeks of pregnancy.Methods 76 cases of patients with mifepristone and misoprostol or progesterone suppository card induction (group A) and 70 patients who benefit Connaught amniotic injection induction (group B) effects.Results The successful induction rate of the two groups were significantly different, Qinggong was no significant difference observed two hours after induction amount of bleeding, less than group B, group A.Conclusion mifepristone and misoprostol or suppository for the termination of pregnancy card 13-16 weeks of pregnancy, safe and effective, high success rate and can be used as preferred option. ......
