【摘要】 目的 观察头部外伤后并发颅内血肿的症状与体征，探索临床护理措施。方法 对29例外伤性脑损伤并发颅内血肿患者进行回顾性分析。结果 治愈23例 ，占79.3%；好转3例, 占10.3%；死亡3例, 占10.3%。结论 脑外伤后常并发颅内血肿，早期发现及时处理、 精心护理，可在很大程度上改善预后。丰富的专业知识，严密 、认真细致的观察, 是早期发现病情变化、做出正确处理的关键。
