【摘要】 目的 分析25例感染中毒症患者血培养致病菌的种类、耐药谱及预后。方法 回顾性分析我院住院诊断为感染中毒症的25例患者的临床资料。结果 25例感染中毒症患者血培养共分离出致病菌26株：革兰阳性茵12株，革兰阴性茵10株，真茵4株。大部分茵株对常用抗生素出现多重耐药。25例患者治愈17例(68%)，死亡4例(16%)，放弃治疗3例。结论 革兰阳性茵是感染中毒症的主要菌群，并且呈多重耐药，早期应用抗真菌药物有必要。
