【摘要】 目的 介绍8种修复手指软组织缺损的方法，并探讨其临床应用价值。方法 应用指固有动脉逆行岛状皮瓣、指动脉终末背侧支逆行岛状皮瓣、指背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣、示指背岛状皮瓣、掌背皮瓣、邻指皮瓣、腹部超薄皮瓣及游离拇甲皮瓣等8种皮瓣修复76例手指软组织缺损。结果 手指外形和功能均取得了令人满意的结果。结论 这些皮瓣均适宜手指软组织缺损。

    【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the applications of 8 kinds of flaps to the repair of finger soft tissue loss and explore the clinical value.Methods A total of 76 cases were treated with different flaps,including ①the reversed digital arterial flap;②the island flap based on the end dorsal branch of the digital artery;③the island flap based on the dorsal digital artery;④ the island flap from the dorsal of the index finger;⑤ the island flap based on the dorsal metacarpal artery;⑥ the cross-finger flap;⑦ the ultrathin abdomen flap;⑧the free great toe nail flap.Results Satisfactory results were obtained in digital appearance and function.Conclusion These flaps were particularly helpful for repair of finger. ......
