瑞芬太尼控制性降压对压力感受反射敏感性的影响

【摘要】 目的 观察应用瑞芬太尼实施控制性降压时其对心血管压力感受反射敏感性(BRS)的影响。方法 20例择期拟在全麻下实施脊柱手术的患者，应用瑞芬太尼实施控制性降压，测量不同时间点测量BRS。结果 气管插管后、控制性降压前、控制性降压30 min较麻醉诱导前有显著的降低，停止降压后恢复。结论 瑞芬太尼能够在控制性降压期间抑制BRS。
