愈宫冲剂中药物挥发油提取工艺及β-环糊精包合制备工艺研究

【摘要】 目的 研究愈宫冲剂中药物挥发油提取工艺及β-环糊精包合制备工艺。方法 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油，采用正交设计考察挥发油β-环糊精包合制备工艺。结果 挥发油提取曲线得出挥发油提取最佳工艺为：粉碎度为粗粉，提取时间为4 h；优选最佳包合工艺为:β-环糊精∶混合挥发油=6∶1， 搅拌时间为90 min，包合温度为50℃。结论 该工艺操作简单、质量稳定、耗时短、设备要求不高且包合率和包合物得率较高，适用于工业化生产。
