人工股骨头置换治疗高龄不稳定股骨粗隆间骨折35例(2)
对于高龄患者非稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折采用人工股骨头置换术，无论是对于医护人员、患者及其家属，都需要观念上的转变、认识上的更新。从我国的人口结构可以看到，长寿老人在逐年增多，所以高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者也随之增加。为了让这些高龄患者尽快的从骨折的病痛中解脱出来，减少并发症，降低病死率，改善晚年的生活质量，同时也为了减轻患者家属沉重的生活护理负担，笔者认为，人工股骨头置换术是治疗高龄患者非稳定性股骨粗隆间骨折的理想选择。
