42例宫颈癌中膜型-1基质金属蛋白酶的表达分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨MMP-14与宫颈癌临床病理因子的关系。方法 对42例宫颈癌MMP-14的表达进行免疫组化检测。结果 MMP-14在正常宫颈组织及宫颈癌中的表达差异显著，不同组织分型及FIGO分期宫颈癌中MMP-14的表达无差异性，MMP-14在淋巴结转移组中的表达明显高于无淋巴结转移组。结论 MMP-14与宫颈癌的侵袭有关，有利于判定宫颈癌的生物学行为和预后。

Expression of MMP-14 in 42 cervical carcinoma cases YAUN Jian-qing, HAO Xiao-lan.Department of Pathology, Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital, Xining 810007, China
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of MMP-14 and clinicopathologic features of cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of MMP-14 in 42 cases of cervical carcinoma was detected by using SP immunohistochemical technique. Results The difference of MMP-14 expression between cervical carcinoma and normal cervical tissues had statistical significance(P<0.05). The positive expression of MMP-14 was correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), there was no relationship with pathological types and FIGO stage. Conclusions The expression of MMP-14 had a close relationship with the invasion of cervical carcinoma. Examination of expression of MMP-14 may be helpful to judge biological behavior and prognosis of cervical carcinoma. ......
