腹部闭合性肝损伤的非手术治疗
【摘要】 目的 探讨肝损伤非手术治疗的适应证及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析2003年1月至2007年6月收治的38 例肝损伤行非手术治疗的临床资料。结果 35 例经保守治疗后痊愈，3 例中转开腹手术后痊愈，无死亡病例及并发症发生。 结论 严格掌握适应症，在严密监测的情况下部分肝损伤患者可采取非手术治疗。【关键词】 肝损伤； 非手术治疗

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the indications and therapeutic measures of non-operative treatment for the liver truma with abdomen closed injury. Methods The clinical date of 38 cases of liver trauma treated by non-operation from January 2003 to June 2007 were etrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 38 cases, 35 cases of liver truma were cured by the nonoperation treatment and 3 cases of liver truma were turned to be operatived and were cured at last. Conclusion Non-operative treatment of liver truma is safe for the wounded with relatively mildwound condition.
