均匀设计法优选沙棘全果油溶剂法提取工艺(1)

【摘要】 目的 筛选优化沙棘全果油的溶剂法提取工艺。方法 以得油率和油中总类胡萝卜素含量为指标，采用均匀设计法对沙棘全果油的提取工艺进行优选。结果 最佳提取工艺条件为：采用正庚烷为溶剂，回流提取2次，溶媒用量为4倍量，时间为每次4 h。验证试验(n=3)结果表明：平均得油率为9.55%，油中总类胡萝卜素平均含量为119.1 mg/100g。结论 建立的沙棘全果油溶剂法提取工艺稳定、可行，适合放大生产。
