锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法 2003年9月至2007年9月运用锁骨钩钢板治疗21例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位者，所有患者均缝合断裂的肩锁关节并修复三角肌、斜方肌在锁骨上的止点。结果 18例患者获得随访，随访时间6~24个月，平均12个月。术后肩锁关节位置恢复，平均屈曲90°，外展90°，按Constant and Murley法评定肩关节功能,平均93分。结论 锁骨钩钢板内固定可恢复肩锁关节的解剖位置和微动特性,是治疗TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的一种良好方法。

Treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation(TossyⅢ)with clavicular hook plate

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation(TossyⅢ)with clavicular hook plate.Methods From Sep 2003 to Sep 2007,21 patients wih acromioclavicular dislocation(TossyⅢ)were treated with clavicular hook plate.All of their broken acromioclavicularjoints were sutured andthe clavicular insertions of deltoid and trapezius muscles were repaired.Results 18 patients were followed up from 6-24 months after operations(averaging 12 months).All the dislocated acromioclavicularjoints returned to normal,and obtained satisfactory motion with 90 degrees of flexion and 90 degrees of abduction on average.The average value of Constant and Murley score was 93.Conclusion Hook plate fixation is believed to be a good and simple method for the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.The procedure can maintain the anatomy reduction,debride the damaged joint surface and remain the physiologic characteristics of the acromioclavicular joints. ......
