中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 观察研究自拟中药溃疡Ⅰ号保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎治疗效果。方法 将100例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，两组进行疗效比较，治疗组51例，采用中药保留观察；对照组49例，采用西药保留灌肠。结果 两组治愈率和总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 溃疡Ⅰ号治疗溃疡性结肠炎近期疗效显著，具有较高临床应用价值，远期疗效有待进一步观察。

Clinical studies onretention enema with chinese drugs in treatment of ulcerative colitis

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of retention enema with self-design Chinese drug Ulceration FormulaⅠin treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods 100 cases were random divided into 2 groups:treatment group(51 cases),which were given the retention enema with self-design Chinese drugs,and controlled group(49 cases)were given the retention enema with western drugs.Results The results showed that there was a significance difference between them both in the curative rate and the total effective rate(P<0.05).Treatment group was significant superior to controlled group.Conclusion Ulceration FormulaⅠin treatment of ulcerative colitis has good curative effect with high clinical value,but the long-term effect should be operated further. ......
