大面积烧伤患者血清胱抑素C测定的临床意义

【摘要】 目的探讨大面积烧伤患者血清胱抑素C(Cystatin C，CysC)测定的临床意义。方法 检测24例大面积烧伤患者入院及其后10 d内的血清胱抑素C、血清肌酐，并同步测定正常组做比较。结果 血清胱抑素C的测定能更明显的反映患者肾功能的变化，且5例发展为肾功能衰竭的患者血清胱抑素C升高提示早于血清肌酐。结论 大面积烧伤患者定期检测血清胱抑素C可以动态观察对肾功能的影响及病情的发展。
