102例异位妊娠保守治疗的疗效观察(1)

     【摘要】目的探讨异位妊娠保守治疗临床效果。方法对2004年1月至2007年12月在我们医院就诊的102例异位妊娠患者进行药物保守治疗，其中观察组(A)52例应用米非司酮联合MTX治疗，对照组(B)50例单用米非司酮进行治疗。结果观察组治愈率为90.38 %，对照组为54.00 %，两组比较，经χ²检验，P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论米非司酮与MTX两药联合应用保守治疗异位妊娠比单独应用米非司酮效果好。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore on the curative effect of mifepristone combined with MTX in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 102 inpatients with ectopic pregnancy underwent medicine therapy in our Hospital. They were divided into two groups： Group A (52 cases) was treated with oral mifepristone (RU486) combined with MTX single-dose (50 mg/m2) intramuscular injection, Group B (50 cases) was treated with oral mifepristone (RU486) only. Results Cure rate for ectopic pregnancy was90.38 % in Group A and 54.00%in Group B (P<0.05) ......
