癥瘕消散丸质量标准研究

【摘要】 目的 制定癥瘕消散丸质量标准。方法 用HPLC法测定药品中丹参酮IIA的含量。结果 丹参酮IIA在0.1892~0.9460 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系r=0.999 8， 平均回收率98.1 %，RSD为0.66% 。结论 所建立的方法简便可行，且灵敏、准确、专属性强、重复性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To formulate zhengjiaxiaosanwan quality standards. Methods HPLC determination of drugs in danshentongIIA content. Results DanshentongIIA at 0.1829 ~ 0.9460 μg within the framework of a good linear relationship: r= 0.999 8,average recovery rate of 98.1%,RSD = 0.66%. Conclusion The method is simple feasible and is sensitive, accurate ,specific, reproducible, as the preparation of quality control.
