中心型肺癌多层螺旋CT临床T分期与手术病理T分期相关性的研究(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨多层螺旋CT诊断中心型肺癌T分期与手术病理T分期的相关性。方法 回顾分析经手术和病理证实的中心型肺癌患者共120例，将术前多层螺旋CT诊断T分期与手术病理T分期进行对照分析。结果 多层螺旋CT诊断中心型肺癌的T分期与手术病理T分期有良好的一致性，临床T3、T4组与手术病理结果的符合率明显低于临床T1和T2组(P<0.01)。结论 多层螺旋CT诊断中心型肺癌T分期与手术病理T分期有很好的相关性，可以作为临床分期的方法。

Studies on the concordance of MSCT T staging and pathological T staging in central lung cancer

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the concordance of MSCT T staging and pathological T staging in central lung cancer.Methods Aiming to 120 patients of central lung cancer,contrast analysis were applied to compare their MSCT T staging with pathological T staging.Results MSCT T staging and pathological T staging had a good concordance.The coincidence of MSCT staging and pathological TNM staging in T3 and T4 groups were lower than that of T1 and T2 groups(P<0.01).Conclusion MSCT T staging is correlated with the surgical-pathological T staging in central lung cancer.It can be applied in clinical diagnosis. ......
