几丁糖预防术后肠粘连126例

【摘要】 目的 探讨几丁糖预防术后肠粘连的作用 。方法 治疗组(几丁糖组)在关腹前应用几丁糖，对照组仅用常规治疗，比较2组术后肠管通气时间及2年内肠粘连的发生率。结果 经统计学处理,2组肠管通气时间，2年内肠粘连的发生率及再手术率,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 应用几丁糖能明显减少肠粘连发生率及再手术率，缩短肠管通气时间，几丁糖能较好预防术后肠粘连及促进胃肠功能恢复。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the chitosan after intestinal adhesion prevention role.Methods The treatment group(chitosan)in the abdomen before the commissioner of chitosan,the control group only conventional treatment,compared two groups after intestinal ventilation time and 2 years the incidence of intestinal adhesion.Results The statistical analysis,two groups intestine ventilation time,2 years and the incidence of intestinal adhesion re-operation rate,significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Chitosan can significantly reduce the incidence of intestinal adhesion and re-operation rates,reduced intestinal ventilation time,chitosan can be well after intestinal adhesion prevention and the promotion of gastrointestinal function. ......
