HPLC法测定腰息痛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量

【摘要】 目的 测定腰息痛胶囊中欧前胡素的含量,为该制剂制定质量标准提供依据。方法 采用HPLC法测定。结果 欧前胡素在0.0492～0.2952 μg之间呈线性关系,r=0.9999;平均回收率为97.057%,RSD=1.36%(n=6)。结论 该方法简便准确,重现性好,可用于腰息痛胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of the content of imperatorin in Yaoxitong capsule by HPLC

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the content of imperatorinin Yaoxitong capsule and to provide evidence for its quality criteria.Methods A HPLC method was established. Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.0492～0.2952 μg (r＝0.9999).The average recovery rate was 97.057%, RSD=1.36% (n=6). ConclusionThe method is simple,acurate,repeatible,and can be used for the quality control of Yaoxitong capsule.
