痛风合并糖代谢异常的危险因素分析(1)

【摘要】 目的探讨痛风合并糖代谢异常的危险因素。方法 68例痛风患者进行糖耐量试验，了解痛风患者中发生糖代谢异常的比例。同时测定血尿酸、24 h尿尿酸、三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和血清胰岛素等，寻找痛风合并糖代谢异常的危险因素。结果 痛风患者中糖代谢异常比例高于正常人群，胰岛素抵抗指数高者易合并糖代谢异常。结论 痛风患者中糖代谢异常比例增高，痛风合并糖代谢异常和胰岛素抵抗有关。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the risk factors for gout accompanied with impaired glucose metabolism. Methods Sixty-eight patients with gout undergo OGTT. Serum uric acid, 24 h urine uric acid, lipid profile and serum insulin were determined. Find out risk factors for gout accompanied with impaired glucose metabolism. ResultsThe abnormality of impaired glucose metabolism was much higher in patients with gout than ordinary population. Higher insulin resistance index were the risk factors for impaired glucose metabolism. Conclusion The prevalence of impaired glucose metabolism is high in patients with gout. Insulin resistance is associated with gout accompanied with impaired glucose metabolism. ......
