【摘要】 运用回顾性研究的方法对本院妇产科自2004年12月至2006年12月86例产后出血患者的临床资料进行综合分析，探讨其发生原因、预防及护理措施。对易引起产后出血的高危因素、高危人群应高度重视，预防在先，加强产前保健及产程观察及产后监护，对已发生产后出血者采取积极有效的治疗措施，加强护理，促进康复。

    【Abstract】 The clinic data of 86 patients with postpartum hemorrhage between December 2004 to December 2006 in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.The causes,prevention and nursing measures were discussed.More attention should be paid to the high risk factors and high-risk subjects;measures of prevention should be carried out in advance and health care should be enhanced before labor and monitoring should be enhanced after labor.Active measures should be taken when hemorrhage occurs;and nursing care should be enhanced to ensure a better prognosis.
