[摘要]目的 分析和探讨枕骨大孔区肿瘤的显微外科治疗。方法 对应用显微外科手术治疗的26例枕骨大孔区肿瘤病例进行分析,探讨其临床特点、手术方法及治疗效果。结果 结合临床病例特点,采用远外侧入路或枕下后正中入路,肿瘤全切除19例(73%),次全切7例(27%),死亡1例,.术后症状消失9例,明显好转7例,症状缓解6例,无变化或加重4例。 结论 枕骨大孔区肿瘤通过显微外科手术治疗效果较好。

    [Abstract]ObjectiveTo study microsurgical treatment of foramen magnum tumors. Methods26 cases of foramen magnum tumor underment microsurgical treatment.To deseribe them clinical、operation and treatment result. ResultsAs clinical features,with the far lateral approach or sub-occipital medline approach.19 cases got total removal,7 cases were subtotally removed,1 case dead.After operation 9 cases without any symptoms,7 cases obviously accounted and 6 cases were relieved.No change or aggravated for 4 cases. CondusionsMicrosurgical operation can effectively improve curative results of foramen magnum tumor. ......
