纤维胆道镜的临床应用分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨纤维胆道镜的临床应用和具体方法。方法 对2000-2007 年应用纤维胆道镜247例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术中肝外胆管结石182例，一次性取净率为100%；65例肝内外胆管结石，取净率为89.2%。术后胆管残留结石16例，经“T”管窦道取石，一次性取净9例(43.7%)；多次取石7例。结论 纤维胆道镜具有安全、准确、手术成功率高等优点，纤维胆道镜的应用是诊治胆管残石和降低胆管残石发生率的重要手段之一。【关键词】纤维胆道镜；胆道结石
