面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎43例临床分析
【摘要】 目的 探讨面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的临床特征,以提高该病的防治水平。方法 收集43例面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的一般资料、临床表现、治疗情况，并加以综合分析。结果 经过心理治疗、停用激素、对症治疗后，痊愈35例(81.4%),显效5例(11.63%)，好转2例(4.65%),无效1例(2.33%)。有效率为93.03%,未发现明显不良反应。结论 本病有明显的特点，应当注意预防，积极治疗。【关键词】糖皮质激素；面部；皮炎；分析
