东莞地区变应性鼻炎常见变应原调查分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨东莞地区变应性鼻炎常见变应原种类,对该病预防和免疫治疗提供依据。方法 选择428例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,采用皮肤针刺试验确定变应原。结果 屋尘螨、粉尘螨阳性反应率较高,分别为90%和84%。结论 了解东莞地区变应原的分布情况,对本地区变应性鼻炎的免疫治疗及预防有指导意义。

Allergens in patients with allergic rhinitis in dongguanarea

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the types of allergens and provide an instruction for prevention and immu-notherapy of allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 428 patients with allergic rhinitis were enrolled , and skin prick test wasused in this study. Results The main allergens were house dust mite and dermatophagoides farinae , and the positivity ratios were 90% and 84% respectively. Conclusion Knowing the allergens provides an instruction for prevention andimmunotherapy of allergic rhinitis.
