立体定向毁损术治疗帕金森病的围手术期护理研究(1)
【摘要】 目的 研究帕金森病行立体定向毁损手术的护理，以提高围手术期护理的效果。方法 报告自2000年1月至2008年1月，对接受立体定向毁损术治疗的15例帕金森病患者进行围手术期护理的总结。 结果 我科收治的15例患者，经手术治疗和系统的围手术期护理，结果缩短了手术的时间，减少了患者的痛苦。结论 做好术前，术后护理，有利于患者早日恢复健康。【关键词】帕金森病；围手术期；毁损术；护理
Research on Perioperative Nursing Care for Curing Parkinson Disease by Stereotaxic Lesioning Method

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the effect of perioperative nursing by researching the nursing care for curing Parkinson diseases in stereotaxic lesioning method.Method Summarize the perioperative period nursing of 15 cases of patients with Parkinson’s disease who have been cured by stereotacric derogative method from January 2000 to January 2008.Results The 15 cases of patients cured in our department all have shorten the operative time and reduced the pain after the surgical treatment and the systemic perioperative nursing. Conclusion It is helpful for patient to regain health by preparing the preoperative care and the postoperative care. ......
