白花蛇舌草质量标准研究

【摘要】 目的 建立白花蛇舌草的质量标准。方法 采用粉末显微观察及TLC进行定性鉴别 。结果 显微观察可见特定组织特征，在TLC能检出齐墩果酸。结论 所建立的方法可准确地对白花蛇舌草饮片进行定性检测，可用于该饮片的质量控制。

【Abstract】 Objective The establishment of quality standard of spreading hedyotis herb.Methods Microscopic observation by using powder and TLCS for qualitative identification.Results Microscopic observation of visible characteristics of specific organizations, In TLC oleanolic acid can be detected. Conclusion The method can accurately on spreading hedyotis herb pieces for qualitative detection, the slices can be used for quality control.
