【摘要】 目的 干预研究本院剖宫产抗菌药物应用,推动本院合理用药工作的开展。方法 选取本院2005年8~11月全部剖宫产术出院病历共71例，进行回顾性调查分析，找出临床围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物存在的主要问题，结合本院具体情况，制定相关措施，于2005年12月至2006年12月进行干预，2007年1~12月进行随访。结果 限制了头孢三代的预防性使用，提高了术前0.5~2 h给药率，缩短了抗菌药物应用疗程，术后感染得到了有效控制，同时降低了药品费用。结论 本研究提高了我院剖宫产合理用药水平，降低了剖宫产的医疗费用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To promote the development of rational drug use,the intervention study for rational antibiotics use on perioperative period of hysteromyomectomy was undertaked in our hospital.Methods To Identify the clinical perioperative prophylactic antibiotics main problems,71 cases discharged from hospital medical records in August and November 2005 were selected for carrying out a retrospective investigation and analysis.combined with the specific situation in our hospital,relevant measures of intervention and comparison research were taked in December 2005 to December 2006,Followed up the effect of the intervention in January~December 2007.Results Limits the preventive use of the three generations of cephalosporins,increased preoperative 0.5-2 hours delivery rates,shortened the application of antibacterial drugs treatment of postoperative infection has been effectively controlled,while reducing the cost of medicines.Conclusion In this study,hospital cesarean section increased the level of rational drug use,reducing the section of the medical cost. ......
