【摘要】 目的 探讨动脉栓塞化疗治疗妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法 对42例妇科恶性肿瘤患者采用选择性髂内动脉插管栓塞化疗，术后观察临床分期改善情况及手术率。结果 临床分期改善率为83.33%。化疗后手术率为47.62%。结论 动脉栓塞化疗能改善临床分期，为手术创造机会。
