【摘要】 目的 探讨CXCL16与动脉粥样硬化的关系。

    方法 对所有参与者进行颈动脉超声检查，分为颈动脉斑块组和健康组，同时经隔夜禁食后，次日清晨抽取肘静脉抗凝血5 ml，分离单个核细胞，采用实时定量RT-PCR方法检测外周血单个核细胞CXCL16及其受体CXCR6基因表达情况。结果 颈动脉斑块组比健康组CXCL16及其受体CXCR6基因表达水平(△Ct26.85±5.04,21.77±4.02;25.30±7.00,20.00±4.48)显著增高(P<0.001) 。结论 CXCL16是动脉硬化发生的危险因子。
