【摘要】 目的 药物流产目前在临床上已广泛应用，流产后宫腔长期流血不止，严重威胁着妇女的身体健康。本文应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCDU)，观察药物流产后子宫出血血流的变化。方法 应用经阴道彩色多普勒(TVCDU)观测75例药物流产后阴道出血超过15 d的患者的子宫血流变化。结果 主要变化为：子宫肌层血流丰富但未见滋养层血流；子宫肌层持续存在局灶性血流丰富区并可测到高速低阻的滋养层血流，清宫后滋养层血流消失。结论 经阴道彩超在药物流产后观察宫内残留物具有诊断价值。
