【摘要】 目的了解本地计划免疫工作情况。方法 用“D值”、“R值 ”分析法对罗山县庙先乡接种门诊接种报表进行分析。结果 基础五苗的接种情况用“D值”评价，除HBV为“可信”外，其余四苗均为“可疑”，“R值” 评价五苗接种情况符合逻辑；2007年对2005-2007年出生儿童的接种情况检查显示，儿童的基础五苗及时接种率>85%，建卡、建证率为100.00%，五苗全程率为99.52%，卡证相符率为85.09%。结论 应加强流动儿童管理，改人工管理卡证为信息化管理，通过各种渠道提高全民的参与意识，提高儿童免疫接种率。
