手术治疗三踝骨折的临床分析(1)

【摘要】 目的 探讨三踝骨折的手术方法和疗效。方法 32例临床资料均采取手术开放复位内固定术。结果 本组32例随访6~14个月。治疗效果按Leeds X线评定：好28例，可4例。Cedell主观标准评定：好26例，可4例，差2例。复位满意程度与主观预后显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 积极行手术治疗，按分型情况，指导围手术期处理，恢复解剖复位，合理的内固定，提高疗效，降低伤残的程度。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the surgical techni ques and the effect of trimalleolar fractures.Methods 32patients with trimalleolar fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results 32patients were followed up for 6-14 months.According to Leeds radiographic rating system,good were found in 28 and fair in 4.according to Cedell subjective criteria,26showed good results,7showed fair results,and2showed poor results.There was significant correlation between good reduction and favorable clinical outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive line of surgical treatment,according to classification,to guide perioperative management,restoration of anatomic reduction,internal fixation reasonable to increase efficacy and reduce the degree of disability. ......
