泰山土大黄总蒽醌含量的测定

【摘要】 目的 测定泰山土大黄的总蒽醌含量。方法 应用紫外分光光度法分别测定两种提取方法的泰山土大黄总蒽醌的含量。结果 两种提取方法的总蒽醌含量分别为0.328%和0.607%。结论 方法2更为准确可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the total anthraquinone content.Of Taishan Rumex Nepalensis Spreng.Methods UV were determined both extraction methods of soil Taishan Rumex Nepalensis Spreng total anthraquinone content.Results Two methods of extracting the total content of anthraquinone were 0.328 percent and 0.607 percent.Conclusion Method 2 is more accurate and reliable.
