云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦治疗经外周中心静脉插管术后机械性静脉炎的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】 目的 观察云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦治疗PICC术后机械性静脉炎的疗效。方法 将PICC术后出现机械性静脉炎的血液肿瘤患者随机分为观察组19例和对照组19例,观察组接受云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦治疗,对照组接受喜疗妥药膏外涂治疗,观察两组机械性静脉炎的治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率为100%,对照组的总有效率为68%。结论 云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦能有效治疗PICC术后机械性静脉炎。
