【摘要】 目的 借鉴误诊病例的经验教训,减少青光眼误诊率。方法 回顾性分析青光眼误诊收入内科治疗8例9眼。结果 青光眼误诊的原因:青光眼症状易与全身疾病相混淆;询问病史及检查不细致;科室间争收患者。结论 增强责任感,全面了解病史,深入细致地进行全身检查能有效减少误诊率。
