富马酸比索洛尔治疗老年左室舒张性心力衰竭疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨富马酸比索洛尔治疗老年左室舒张性心力衰竭患者的效果。 方法 选择58例老年左室舒张性心力衰竭患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组采用常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在以上治疗基础上加用富马酸比索洛尔,疗程6月。比较两组临床疗效及心脏彩超左室舒张功能等指标。 结果 治疗组总有效率96.97%明显优于对照组83.74%(P<0.05);在改善左室舒张功能指标方面治疗组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 在常规治疗老年左室舒张性心力衰竭基础上加用富马酸比索洛尔疗效显著。
