【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病筛查与孕期监护的临床意义。方法 口服50 g葡萄糖进行葡萄糖负荷试验筛查,对血糖≥7.8 mmol/l者做75 g糖耐量试验。结果 妊娠期糖尿病发生率为2.2%,OGTT异常率10.7%。结论 妊娠期糖尿病对母儿危害很大,应早筛查、早诊断,并做好孕期监护。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the gestational diabetes screening and monitoring of the clinical significance of pregnancy. Methods The oral 50 g glucose load test for glucose screening, blood glucose ≥ 7.8 mmol / l were doing 75 g oral glucose tolerance test.
